In addition to all that, sleeves can help increase blood flow to the arm allowing for more oxygenated blood to reach the arm, they can also delay the onset of muscle fatigue. Also there was a college level eSports study done that showed many players increasing certain aspects of their game performance ( such as score and KPM).

  Reason why we use sleeves is because when we’re on the table, it slides more our arm, slides more with the sleeve😊
