  They are kicking off because matt is exposing these company's with parts side of things, parts that cost pence but yet these company's think its okay to charge thousands. anyone should be able to work on any car period, you paid for it!

  Not just the car industry. I repaired printing machines, and the manufacturers often refused software updates because I am a third party engineer. Disgraceful that they can hold an owner to have to use their very expensive service and repair offerings. So, let us hope that something comes from this across all trades where the manufacturers refuses to supply software.

  A perfect example why modern cars are not worth it. It exposes why we should never accept digital IDs or central bank digital currencies because if we do we hand over control
