I opened this box approximately 6 years ago - it was $700 CDN at the time. Pulled DMOC and a DMA. Graded the DMOC as a 10 (was pop 2 at the time) and sold it for around $1000. One of my favourite boxes that I’ve ever opened!

Is no one going to talk about how a $3000 booster box didn’t even contain more than a $100 worth of cards inside of it? I mean solid video and all but that’s absolutely brutal to rip open in terms of any return value

The End of Anubis being on the box cover art is funny and awesome as I love this card!

Shoutout to Rex raptor aka anonymous viewer! This is definitely my favourite OG reprint set. IOC reprints add huge value to this set. But the current price of the box is just nuts

Quick note here about the “Supay” thing: this is a quechua (you know, from the South American Andes) word, that references a particular kind of spirit: sometimes described as mischievous, sometimes evil, always powerful. The spnish catholics eventually translated the word simply as “demon”, but has a whole lot of deeper implications.

I don't think I've ever seen a booster box of this set, let alone seen one opened. Really cool.
