  NMI is one of the best sonic.exe's imo, it doesn't use the usual overused scare factor, it actually uses something different which is love

  What I love most is how smug NMI actually is. He knows what he is and he is proud of it. At every little moment he ridicules his victims about ANYTHING he can so that they feel more insecure about their life. The image of him saying &quot;I can hear your parents arguing in the other room&quot; is especially chilling. If a parent or adult happens to catch him he does everything in his power to make them feel at fault for buying a bootleg for their (now sick and dying) child 😭<br>Most EXEs are just evil and powerful but NMI is instead a manipulating parasite that literally feeds on attention.

  Fun fact! Printzo or Extra (one of the voice actors for our boy PCX!) did two videos of a voice take of NMI. They&apos;re chilling and a little unnerving but his voice acting is amazing I&apos;d highly recommend giving them a watch! <br><br>Great Video Dun! Excited to see what more comes next!

  The worser perspective of NMI (And not by insult) is that it&apos;s used for any family who wouldn&apos;t care for their child. Imagine one buying a Sonic 2 bootleg just to keep their kid occupied instead of letting them face the reality they got to stare into instead of the screen. Then the spirit shows up and punishes the child, giving them the addction before they wear down and end up perishing. Like sure, the parents CAN blame NMI, but what about them? They bought the game, they gave their kid the game without a second thought, THEY are to blame for not caring for them conditionally.
