  Self-Sufficiency is better than starting a war to express its anger from sanction.

  That Chinese guy said china will never be self sufficient in all technology.<br>But china doesn&apos;t need to be self sufficient in every technology, china needs to be self sufficient in advanced critical technologies.<br><br>Which it is currently succeeding. According to the Australia study, china is leading in 37/43 critical technologies. <br>This proves china is on the right track, and can achieve self sufficiency goals.

  America doesn&apos;t need to &apos;prepare for war&apos;. It&apos;s been on a war path throughout the world for much of its 247 years. It&apos;s just a matter of to what degree.

  China has already learnt bitterly that it can no longer depend on other countries for its high technology needs. It has to strive for self suffiency.
