  I had a habit of biting my nails in 2019 but used this nail polish where when I would bite my nails, a would taste bitterness in return. It actually helped and I had pretty, long, healthy nails but ever since school started this year, I worried so much where I bit my long nails and now I am back to short unhealthy nails.<br><br>I love getting my nails done but I let my worries get the best of me. I remember realizing what my nails looks like now a few days ago and started crying because it did take a while for my nails to grow out and now I needed to start over but it is now day 3 of not biting my nails.<br><br>I&apos;m fine now lol, just waiting for them to grow
