  I’ve always wanted to get on a hunt like this. What are tips on getting drawn for these hunts or was this an over the counter tag? Did anyone ever find your elk after you guys left. Always hard not finding your wounded animal but it was awesome to see you stay calm and help a fellow hunter try to get an elk! Crazy country deadfall everywhere! Love your videos!

  I know I’m late to the video but as someone who has only hunted well once and have became addicted( I grew up in the Midwest bird and whitetail hunting)! It would be awesome if you guys ever did program or giveaway to come hunt with you guys! I know I personally would love to even just get a chance to go out with some real pros and get to learn and experience some true out west back country hunting, even if It was just to tag along and help pack out the animals or carry some gear! I know all that camera gear can get pretty heavy😂

  Loosing game is a tough pill to swallow I’ve had bad hits and lost ah couple deer and elk now I won’t take anything but a sure lung or heart shot two shoulder hits were bad shots lost those Just keep going good hunting 😎🍻

  Keep your head up, Tyler - you’re a heckuva hunter and many of us wouldn’t have even got a shot off in that situation. We’d have froze and maybe never even seen him. &nbsp;You kept your cool and maneuvered until you could at least have a chance.

  Man that’s a heartbreaker. I had a similar situation on a whitetail a few years ago. I hit a little forward and punched the scapula. I had decent penetration and blood but just didn’t hit anything vital. Good luck the rest of the season!
