Narcissist’s Aggressive Subjugation

This describes me pretty well. I allowed a dark triad/tetrad to feel like they subjugated me in a professional setting. However it turned out I couldn't actually override my fight or flight instinct and it burned me out and caused a lot of personal problems for me. I had to cut ties completely and I'm in the midst of (hopefully) recovering.

Greetings Professor 💕💕 it's like never knowing where a person stands with a narcissist, subjugation is a role play before the strike. At times it's difficult to see it coming, like a sucker punch.

Maybe i am wrong, but narcissits are leaders and they want poeple to view themslves and the world like they do. If you dont like their world view or the role they assign to you you have to pick a better leader

If a man at 36 years old is hyper-fixated and worried about how he is being perceived by other people (strangers, even toddlers) whenever he is in public - "What is that person thinking about me as I walk by; do I appear normal? Weird? Over-confident? What are they thinking about my gait and facial expression - does it look natural? What about my clothes?" ...etc. And when forced to interact with strangers, feels panic and an obligation to "act"/"perform" in such a way as will be perceived as normal and expected...

Does this sound like a typical manifestation of clinical NPD (or some associated personality disorder)?

Also, is it possible for someone with NPD to be kind and considerate pretty much all of the time (at least outwardly) and have a strong conscience - always wanting to do what is right despite the chaos and negativity in their inner world?

Why Sam is Edinburgh healthier than London? I also think London is a hellhole, would just like to know your perspective. Besides, one of my sisters lives there
