Fascinating episode! I was born in Korea but I served in the US Navy and received US Citizenship. I served with the USMC and deployed to do Team Spirit and Bear Hunt in Korea with ROK Marines and they were very curious about life in the US. Brought back a lot of great memories of Korea. Thanks!

As a "Special Mission Team"s Leader <br>for the Korean Navy's "UDT/SEAL", <br>Lee used to be selected <br>by the "UDT/SEAL"s in Korea <br>and sent to the "BUD/S" course <br>for the Navy as an exchange program <br>between the U.S. and R.O.K Navy. <br><br>Lee was also selected <br>as the 294th "BUD/S" <br>and prepared to return to <br>the post with excellent grades, <br>sending an official letter signed <br>by "Navy SEALs"'s commander <br>to the "UDT/SEAL"s commander, <br>praising Lee's performance and ability, <br>and asking for an opportunity <br>to participate in future training courses <br>instead of returning him. <br><br>So, according to security rules <br>of the "Navy SEALs", <br>foreign troops who had commissioned <br>training were not allowed to participate <br>in the higher-level "JOTC" and "SQT"<br>except for the "BUD/S" training course, <br><br>and the "SQT" was the first foreign soldier <br>to complete both the "JOTC" <br>and "SQT" training courses.<br>In the "SQT" course, <br>he graduated with the first grade, <br>beating the U.S. Navy members.

Rhee was also in Ukraine during the early stage of war against Russia as a volunteer operator, so I think his saying in terms of actual tactics and related things is trustworthy.
