  I happened to find your channel this evening by "accident" or should I say fate led me to discover you.  I am a 76 yr old widow and after a long day of working in the garden, I poured myself a glass of wine and checked You Tube.  My dear, you are absolutely delightful.  I love the way you tell us a story as you go about transforming your spaces.  You are very talented.  Thank you for sharing your designing journey with us.  It is beautiful!  Blessing and Love....

  So nice to see a young person who is creative and doesn’t follow the commercial trends like the once popular grey everything uuuggghh!  You have vision and you’re not afraid to be YOU and do what YOU like!  Kudos to you!  So many young people only want NEW trendy furnishings which in my opinion have zero character..

  Perfect!💕 I’m a Shabby English Cottage Chic girl. I found this style when I was in my early forties, I have loved it ever since! I’m now 77 and it just keeps evolving and changing and I never, never, never get tired of the comfy, cozy vibes my home gives off. My husband passed eight years ago, he never complained about the style wit all the pastel colors. I do believe he came to love it as well. One of the things I love about it is……even when I’m busy and it gets kind of messy looking, it becomes like a beautiful old painting that’s not perfect, well worn and comfortable and inviting. I pray you will always be the person you are now and will love your style forever. The books are the perfect addition to this style. You did a great job!

  For decades I have been somewhat embarrassed by my absolute attraction to “cottage core” decor. I know it’s not as “cool” or masculine as my 4 sons would have liked. I’ve literally fought with myself and tried to embrace a more modern and minimalist style so that the men in my home felt comfortable with its decor. Restraining my feminine side depresses me. This video encourages me! It’s so amazing to see your unabashed enthusiasm for this esthetic. The classic things remain classic for a reason. Brava! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
