  To everyone who has ever loved someone, only to realize that love alone is not enough…<br><br>To those who found someone they genuinely wanted, but there was an age difference, religion, circumstances, or simply a reality that refused to be kind…<br><br>I know this feeling.<br><br>Loving someone while knowing deep inside that you have to walk away is one of the most painful kinds of loss. Because you are not grieving someone who is gone you are trying to let go of someone who is still here… someone you still love.<br><br>Sometimes you wish you had met in another lifetime, under different circumstances, or that life had changed just one small detail. Maybe that would have been enough to make your story possible.<br><br>But it didn’t.<br><br>And so a silent war begins inside you.<br><br>Your heart says, “Stay.”<br>Your mind says, “You can’t.”<br><br>And sometimes that war makes you cruel to the very person you love. You pull away without explanation. You say things that don’t reflect what is truly in your heart. You may even try to make them hate you… simply because you don’t know any other way to leave.<br><br>But the painful truth is that hurting them doesn’t make you stop loving them.<br><br>It only turns one broken heart into two.<br><br>So, to anyone living through this right now…<br><br>I don’t have words that can make it easy, because some things simply aren’t easy.<br><br>But please, don’t let a love that was never meant to become a relationship turn into a wound that someone who genuinely loved you will carry for years.<br><br>And if one day you have to leave, leave gently.<br><br>Tell the truth instead of becoming cruel.<br><br>Let them remember someone who loved them but couldn’t stay not someone who made them question whether they were ever worthy of being loved.<br><br>And as I write this for all of you…<br><br>I’m writing it for myself too.<br><br>Because I am one of you.<br><br>I know what it feels like to have someone so incredibly close to your heart…<br><br>yet impossibly far from your life.<br><br>I know what it is like to look at someone with a thousand words trapped inside your chest, only to remain silent and think:<br><br>“I wish I had met you in a life where I was allowed to love you without fear… and without having to say goodbye.”<br><br>📝 : albalushi
