  For those unaware (because I didnt know until recently): 1. Most essential oils are dangerous to consume &nbsp;- 2. Rubbing essential oils directly on your skin can cause severe inflammation and rashes - 3. When not filtered properly, essential oils can contain lead and other heavy metals which are dangerous even in small amounts - 4. essential oils are completely unregulated in the US, just because something smells like the thing its supposed to smell like doesnt mean it has any of that in it, you should take extreme caution when buying essential oils. 5. Essential oils DO expire!
