Septic Emergency the Day Before Our First Guests Arrived

☞ 👀 Our first RV travel guests are rolling in for the Fourth of July, and our septic system just failed. No company would come. Nobody. So I grabbed a shovel. What started as a week of site improvements turned into 3 days digging in a hole in 95° Alabama heat, chasing a broken pipe that nobody had fixed in 5 years. A pipe that was never even glued together from day one. This is what owning an RV park actually looks like. What We Cover in This Episode: Septic mound emergency — broken pipe, crushed air gap, and a $7,000 to $10,000 repair Todd handled himself after zero companies would come out Getting sites ready with a Harley rake and skid steer before 5 inches of rain hit The mystery water line that even the county has no record of Why the tiny home block foundations had to be removed (power line easement, nobody checked) Adding parking pads so your big rig and tow vehicle actually fit the site The flood plain reality check at the lake Original crew from our very first event showing up to help after 5 years Fourth of July fireworks celebration at Cypress Landing 🎆 Big thank you to ‪@MyOpenRoads‬ for making our Fourth of July celebration happen at Cypress Landing!
