I think the majority of people were told by our parents that Santa was real. I am surprised your mom had such a negative reaction to that. I loved having the excitement of knowing Santa was coming at night when I was young. I actually still remember going to bed waiting for morning to come to open the presents from Santa. I’m sorry that you never got to experience that but it certainly didn’t affect your love for Christmas.

Wishing you the best Christmas ever and thanks for everything you do to make our lives more enjoyable.

Awe that hurts my heart hearing how your childhood was during the holidays but I love that you were still so excited and at 8 chopping your own tree down. That’s amazing You are just as excited now. I always love the dollhouse story❤❤

So lovely that your dad built you a barbie dream house. It reminds me of my dad. He passed just a few months ago, but he built me and my sister so many things over the years including a little dollhouse one year.

I loved the dollhouse story! My dad did that with my sister when he got her a Cabbage Patch Kid at the height of their popularity. My parents didn’t put it under the tree and then pretended that was it when we opened the final gift. Then he did the “Oh wait…I forgot a gift upstairs…” she screamed SO loud when she opened it that Australia heard her! We have a pic of her LEAPING in mid-air!

I enjoy the Christmas videos. This year has been very hard on me and seeing your videos makes this time of the year slightly less stressful
