The convenient "my phone broke" excuse. And mom's phone evidently doesn't hold a charge. But he couldn't be bothered to get off his behind and physically go into the office. <br><br>PS: My android keeps calls until I delete them. For months and months and even years.

Fair decision; however, why giving other similar violators a second chance (and a third chance) and not having some more leniency with this defendant? He may be lying but being very poor and having no working phone is not that uncommon. On top of that, if he is working at Taco Bell, I don't think we could get time off that easily. I feel very conflicted about this case.

These folks must get the worst phones in the history of Ma Bell!! They're unable to save messages, cannot hold a charge, they never have a charging cable & their phone log doesn't show more than 7 days?? WOW!! I have calls from 3 years in my log & never made any changes to any setting!! Taco Bell doesn't have a phone either?? You hate to say it but if their mouths are moving, they are lying!! Now all of sudden mom's phone is working just fine?? It's a massive clown show & mom is fighting to be head clown!!
