I think this achievement is likely related to dying to SCP 173 for the first time; because he&apos;s often referred to as &quot;the world&apos;s worst chiropractor&quot; (it makes sense since chiropractors give massages)

  funnily enough markiplier&apos;s videos actually include a lot of these early removed features because he played some super early editions of the game

  So btw, 079’s voice is actually from Dr. Sbaitsu, which is an early Chatbot meant to be a virtual doctor. You can command it to say anything you want with the “/Say:” command, which is how they got it to read the scripted dialogue for 079.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MgtC94S80cM&amp;t=140">2:20</a> its a x-ray of the upper part of your spine (where the neck starts) we see it bending slightly (like when you go to a cyropracter) its likely this was the acheivment for getting killed by peanut (173) as he kills you by snapping your neck.

  SCP-1074 was originally made as a mod and included in the Box of Horrors mod compilation before being officially added in version 1.1. Its implementation was lacking and loathed by even the SCP&apos;s original author, and it was removed in 1.3. Box of Horrors is where a lot of removed SCPs come from.
