  Gabi you asked for our opinion so I will share mine. One word. Breathe. <br>Please stop and give yourself some grace and first and foremost allow yourself, through and with the help of a therapist, time to heal from your husband’s life altering scare. This was huge. <br>You are going a million miles and hour and I can hear it in your voice, the stress, uncertainty, anxiety, fear. <br>You are a beautiful woman Gabi both in your heart and in appearance. I am 66 turning 67 next month and aging isn’t perfect but I wake up every day thankful for my health and life and husband and family. That’s all that really matters in the end. <br>Please take care of yourself.

  Physician here. Married to a surgeon. &nbsp;Never go under the knife unless it is an emergency. &nbsp;Please know that plastic surgeons will only show you their best results. &nbsp;They don&apos;t talk about the failures, the complications, etc. &nbsp;Plastic surgery is a lucrative business thanks to the beauty industry and social media. &nbsp;Remember all surgery comes with the risk of death. &nbsp;The other issue is that once you do one procedure, you&apos;ll be doing more for the next 50 years. &nbsp;Don&apos;t start. &nbsp;Our face gets worse every 10 years even with the best skin care. &nbsp;If you make yourself younger at 40, you don&apos;t have the acceptance to accept yourself at 50, 60 etc. &nbsp;You have a beautiful heart that outshines your eyes. &nbsp;Your husband and your children need you so please do not do unnecessary surgeries. &nbsp;Don&apos;t let the beauty industry define your worth. &nbsp;We will watch your videos regardless.

  Don&apos;t make any major life decisions while dealing with anxiety. As a person with diagnosed OCD, I can testify that anxiety colors the way we see every single aspect of our lives. &nbsp;Mental health, in my opinion, should be FIRST on everyone&apos;s &nbsp;list.<br><br>You DID go through trauma. It was different than your husband&apos;s, but it was ABSOLUTELY trauma. Please keep going through therapy! If you think it would help, switch therapists. Medication is a very personal decision, but I can tell you that it has helped me so much! I am on a low dose for OCD, and it acts as a safety net, and I am so grateful for it. <br><br>❤️

  Perimenopause can make you feel,anxious and overwhelmed…. It can also makes you feels really bad about yourself….. you are gorge, wait a few years.

  Personally, I feel like it would work against your brand by doing the surgery. One of the reasons we watch is because you&apos;re enhancing yourself through make-up and products .. things we can mimic. <br><br>Also, at 57, I&apos;ve seen a lot of surgical problems with friends, family, and my own patients. There is a definite risk. <br><br>You&apos;re beautiful! Look at others that age gracefully. I look to the French women to see what they do.. <br><br>In life, try not to place yourself in dangerous situations, when you don&apos;t have to.

  I&apos;ll tell you straight up. You had cheek filler to fix a perceived &quot; problem&quot; and created another problem. What happens is that we keep getting procedures to &quot; fix&quot; things and then get more to fix what was done in the previous procedure. It&apos;s a definite pattern. Truth, and you know it&apos;s true. I&apos;m giving you tough love. Please don&apos;t do it.

  Gabi......you don&apos;t need plastic surgery at 40. &nbsp;You are beautiful. &nbsp; Embrace your beauty!!! &nbsp;And if youre feeling anxious, &nbsp;just focus on the one or two most important things in your life. &nbsp;If you try to do everything, &nbsp;you&apos;ll end up burning out and nothing will get done well. &nbsp;I know how youre feeling . &nbsp;Im a type A!! Ive learned the hard way that i cant always do everything!!! &nbsp;Love your videos!!!

  DON&apos;T DO IT!! &nbsp;I&apos;m about to turn 73. I remember how chagrined I was at your age and started noticing the signs of aging begin. It&apos;s your face and you can do whatever you want, but I think it&apos;s fine to just accept that we don&apos;t remain the same as we traverse the journey of life. We are beautiful no matter what stage of life we&apos;re in.   Don&apos;t you dare. &nbsp;You are beautiful, inside and out.<br>Everyone gets overwhelmed and it&apos;s a really hard time now.<br>Maybe take a break and breathe.<br>Turn off the noise and see what you are grateful for.<br>Aging is hard, I see it in me. &nbsp;But for me, I love the face my mother gave me. &nbsp;It&apos;s from her and looks like her.<br>I would never change that.
