Love this video. Great attitude. No fluff. No nonsense. Clearly a guy who is speaking from experience. Thank you!

Great video. A lot of YouTubers are recommending $700 tents, it’s refreshing to see an actual budget setup. I’m slowly building my bikepacking setup, already got a Nemo Tensor All Season sleeping pad for $180 and two 40L Ortlieb pannier bags for $80 (Canadian dollars). Buying second hand is always best, and good for the environment.

” I use this plank…” now that’s sort of the most impressive piece of gear. A humble wood piece. Love it😊

I can 100% agree with your comments. I bought a rack and some cheap panniers. Shoved my camping gear in Dry bags and just set off from Istanbul to London. Life is all about adventures and it can be done on a budget

    Hello from America
I haven't made it through your whole video yet because I already had the comment that I love the fact that you mix expensive and cheap products and you don't tell everybody that they have to buy the most expensive to be able to do the bicycle tour!
You just tell the people what works and that is very important to a person like me keep up the good work and have a blast on the trails

Great video. I am 71 years old and every summer I go bike packing in my province of Ontario,Canada. My trips are usually about 5-7 days and I like camping at provincial parks which are beautiful in summer. It’s too cold to go biking in the winter. Good luck.

Bro, I was watching the whole video with a smile on my face. It's such a great thing, that you are traveling this way, having everything you need with you, your small world always with you, while you are discovering so many cool places. Love what you are doing!

Really enjoyed watching this all the way through.

I just decided to pick up cycling this summer as a way to get out and exercise, and I ended up down the rabbit hole of "serious cycling". However, I have very quickly realized how much I just want to be out enjoying the ride and am now really wanting to combine it with my love of camping and adventure and start bike packing.

This was super informative, and a fun way to vicariously geek out over all the possibilities and your adventures while I try to get going myself. Made all the better by how much of a fun and genuine person you come across as.

I love that you strap on some old driftwood to your rear rack saying "to keep the dirt off my bag" and then hard cut to you jamming your bag on top of it, COMPLETELY caked with mud.
