First cybermen are the most scary, they look like they would start playing accordions at any moment. Most scary of all Sci Fi creations.

The Hartnell to Troughton regeneration sequence was the best in the history of the programme. It is pretty much seamless and doesn't need laser beams or whatever shooting out of the Doctor's a*@e to impress. That's the trouble with New Who, over the top:-sound and fury signifying not much.

(so far) I've only seen Doctors 1-4 and 9-13, but Troughton is my favorite for sure

Jamie was the first good looking sidekick. I have spent my whole tv watching life enjoying looking a handsome men.

Honestly I think I like the timelords being cheapened. They aren’t gods, merely men, men with incredible technology but simply men, very very flawed men. Especially with the addition in later lore of Rassalon being a mad genocidal tyrant it all works really really well. I really like it.

Great Yarmouth was also an old stomping ground of mine (well, Gorleston actually). Except I was a Yank living there due to my father's job.
