  What I see in Scripture is God saving His people as the judgement is happening, like Noah and Sodom and Gomorrah. Maybe I'm wrong.

  Apparently you guys, the Historic Premil, apply the Historicist method to Rev 20 the same way the Historicist applies it to the entire Revelation. I guess the problem is matching the fulfilled part with the events, and the difference of opinions between expositors. It seems the best that the Historicist can do is ask, does the prophecy in some way disallow a particular proposed historical match, and if it does not, which match is the strongest. Can we then agree on which is the most viable? To the Historicist the Revelation (ch.6-19) is much the same as Daniels ch. 11 prophecy of the 70weeks era, except it being 1/4 the length, which is now after the fact settled in its interpretation (except for some Dispy meddling). So does that which is long past seem more settled, than that which is more recent or yet future less so, for the prophecy of the Church age? E. B. Elliot in his Horae brings the best and most viable up to his date together, where it has been prematurely abandoned by the Reformed church in the face of Dispensationalism. Historic Premil is only the first step in bringing the same application to the entire text, in a prophecy reformation that is sorely needed today.

  I love these discussions and the spirit of charity and brotherhood in Christ that they are done with. Thanks! However Hosea 6 does not speak about a covenant with Adam the man, but the city of Adam who broke the covenant just as the three other cities/ regions that surrounded it and are mentioned in the chapter did. The city of Adam was smacked down in the middle of it and the verse has a Hebrew שם (there), which gives more comprehension as to why that is a geographic passage.

  Also Would it be a issue with having Matthew 24 Luke 21 and Mark 13 already fulfilled when it comes to most historic Premillennial Eschatology? If so why?

  As a Historic Optimistic Premillennial Guy! Do you have the World Christianized Before The Great Apostasy that leads into Revelation 19:15 With the 1 Cor 15 Being Fulfilled the last Enemy being Death as spiritual And then Isaiah 2:4 as well having just Believers in The Millennium Reigning of Christ on Earth! A John Gill type of View on Revelation 20:4-6 and 7-10
