You’re leaving out that Haley was mind controlled by Stan for about half the things she did in the video.

The dog exploding was NOT Hailey's fault. She didn't know the tracker had that function

The crimes you mention where Haley is in a wedding dress couldn't possibly be contributed to her since she's completely mind controlled during it and has no idea she's attacking her dad.

The episode where Stan controlled Hayley was not her fault it was his because he along with others from the C.I.A turned children into sleeper agents who are unstoppable in carrying out their commands not to mention his boss terminated that operation because of the long lasting effects it has on the children involved as we have seen with Hayley through the series.

so the wedding thing you mention a few times in the video where Hayley beats up Stan is because Stan had her conditioned to be a sleeper agent and after a week of being 'activated' her programming caused her to try to kill Stan so that one is in fact Stan's fault since he's the reason she was like that to begin with

 1:49
I don't feel like Hailey would be charged, an argument could be made that Avery pressured her into drinking (he literally force feeds her alcohol in one of the clips shown), and Stan didn't intervene because he wanted to gain information about his boss for his own gain.

Technically Haley was mind controlled during the time she was attempting to kill her dad. So that portion shouldn’t count

What about Hayley Exporting illegal and hazardous food products? Also her assisting Dr. Sunny Sunderson in sabotaging oil companies in terriosim "by" accident.
