This really is YouTube content at its very best. Now, I get to see something that’s so different from just what is shown around my neighborhood or immediate area - different even from what I see in my country! And it’s breathtakingly beautiful! I was fascinated throughout the entire process, and feel so lucky to have this amazing craft I had barely ever considered be shared with me! Thank you so so much!

When my Dad was stationed in Misawa, I remember we had to take a Japanese Culture class in elementary school on base. We had several options to chose from when it came to creating Japanese art and I chose woodcarving. I made a bass fish and I truly enjoyed the process. There's nothing as satisfying as watching your piece come to fruition.

So glad I was recommended this channel. Not only is your work beautiful but it was very relaxing to watch. Might I make one suggestion? Don’t add music. I enjoy just being able to hear the sounds of the cutting. Thanks and keep it up.
