  Im three days clean after being in a codependent drug abuse relationship for the past 15 years, dont think ive slept in three days because of withdrawals, except horrible, weird miro sleeps, anyway, im laying here but im staying strong, keeping fighting because its going to get better, <br>Please, if anyone feels like sending a little prayer for me, please do🙏<br>Peace

  One night, I dreamt of spending one year and eight months in another existence. &nbsp;It helped me a lot. &nbsp;I was going through the most painful experience of my life, in reality. &nbsp;I met a woman in the dream. &nbsp;She helped me through so much. <br>Her name is Nij. &nbsp;No friend in this toilet of a real world could ever match the love and kindness Nij showed me for one year and eight months. &nbsp;When I awoke from the dream, I became depressed. Nij did visit me in another dream much later in life. &nbsp;This last time we only spent three months together. &nbsp;At the end of that dream, Nij told me she will visit me one more time, when I need her most. &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;I do mot know when she will visit me again. &nbsp;But, I expect it. Perhaps she will visit me when I am dying. &nbsp;<br>I love you Nij. &nbsp;Thank you for being the best friend anybody could ever have during the most dire times in my life.

  So I put this on to sleep but instead of falling to sleep, I fell into a PTSD memory from almost 40 years ago and was able to express a pain to myself I hadn’t before. Ended up having major somatic release tremors, flopping like a fish out of water and am muscle sore and tired out from the release, but am glad that one more splinter of pain is out of my heart. Anyway not sure how much of this was from the music, and how much was from a conscious choice to not run from bad memories and instead relive them and forgive myself for being a victim, but for whatever role this music played in this, thank you. Sincerely.

  Ok im gonna try this. I have an anchor and i know bow to get back. I set my intentions. &nbsp;Im going to hit that hypnagogic state open the purple door and be right on the gorgeous beach talking to my mom that has passed away in 2012. Yes weve been talking recently its been frigging amazing 👏. &nbsp;Oh i can feel her hug now. I can smell the ocean and hear the birds 🐦.

  I dreamt that I was Bigfoot and was shopping at a shoe store at the mall. I became really frustrated because they didn&apos;t have my shoe size. The last thing I remembered is asking &nbsp;&quot;not even for other foot?&quot; Then I woke up

  I can&apos;t remember to much but I dreamed I had finally found someone I was so in love with and all I could remember was before I woke up I was being taken away to prison facing life. Don&apos;t even know why but when my soon to be wife was taking away from me cause in the dream that&apos;s how I felt I broke down hard in tears and right at that moment I woke up and the emotions were so strong that I felt so overwhelmed with sadness that I could not hold my tears back even after waking up. I was just Ballin in my bed crying just asking God to forgive me for whatever I may had done or was about to go through. &nbsp;Yeah was emotional and scary at the same time. These sleep frequencys can sometimes do more harm than good. &nbsp;So sleep in good hands of God my people....❤

  One time I realized I was in a dream and I threw my arms at the sky to then rise up and fly away, or I snapped my fingers to make a jet-ski pop in front of me, also watching myself in a mirror was really weird

  I used to watch other people talk about manifesting like it was the easiest thing in the world, while I couldn’t get anything to work. I eventually tried Vera Hart’s archetype quiz out of pure curiosity, and the result matched me almost uncomfortably well. I wasn’t expecting that at all.
