Honorable mention: When Stanford and Scranton were merging and Josh screwed Dunder Mifflin and Jim said "say what you want about Michael Scott, but he would never do that".

Probably that wholesome moment when Michael and Jim were on the cruise ship. Michael telling Jim to never give up on Pam.

4:36 When Jan is about to interrupt but Michael motions for her to be quiet so that he can arrive at his own decision, that's a master negotiation tactic at work. Never underestimate Michael Scott. Always estimate him.

When Michael said "I don't think I need to wait out Dunder Miflin, I think I need to wait out you."

That was when I actually respected him and his business sense

People forget that Michael got the supervisor job because he was one of the best salesmen in the company.

I loved the small scene when Michael was saying a final goodbye to Erin who was sitting on the bench outside of the office. That was so honest and heartfelt.

The thing about Michael is he's actually a FANTASTIC sales person. The reason why he is such a bad boss (outside of his crippling insecurities) is he just performed so well he got promoted both out of his wheelhouse and comfort zone. If the man stayed in sales he probably would have been much MUCH easier for people to deal with and probably would have been much better received by the people around him. Its the fact he could force situations that feeds into those insecurities that cause him to become insufferable.
