The world is burning, coronavirus is infecting thousands every day, riots pervade the streets, and politics break us in two.

Yet here we are, reminiscing on childhood memories, together.

Honestly these comments are healing... no negativity, not even politics or anything, just good vibes from people who had a great childhood

"the year is 2013, summer has just begun, you're on a roadtrip vibing, the radio is playing all the new songs, the sun is going down and you are starting to slowly fall asleep, everything is fine..." this made me cry🙄😔

When I was younger, I would hear these on the radio from late nights going back home with my family. Hearing this makes me want to cry so much. I didn't even know how important this time was to me and just relaxed. Thinking of the free time and life I had, I want to go back in time.

Blows my mind that this was 7 years ago. The mid 2010s had some of the best music in my lifetime so far. I loved the sound back then.

Am I the only one who noticed most of these songs talk about the passing of time and remembering this moment in the future? “I hope you’ll remember how we danced” “life will pass me by if I don’t open up my eyes” etc...I just thought it was...a funny coincidence considering all of us going down memory lane...
