Sam seems like the kind of person you could tell your darkest, deepest secret to and he would simply take your hand and tell you that everything will be fine and... it would.

No dances, no special effects, no naked parts of the body... that's pure voice, that's pure music, that's pure art.. Thank you, Sam ❤

 Dear Sam,

I know you probably don’t read your YouTube comments, but I wanted to let you know as a victim of the devastation caused by the Woolsey fire, this song has been my anchor. Thank you for reminding me how to pray honestly and soulfully. Pray for the community of Thousand Oaks. Pray for the community of Butte County. Pray for change. Pray for hope.

Thank you

I saw a girl who really wanted to shake hands with Sam, but he didn't. He didn't make eye contact at all while he was singing. Maybe he was just focusing on singing. After he finished the song, he waved his hand to the girl! So sweet ♥
