  The bread slicer kill is one of the best kills I’ve ever seen. It was creative, brutal, and the best part very unexpected. I thought all the characters in the first movie had plot armor so when the bread slicer kill happened I was absolutely gagged.

  My favorite thing about Tommy going rouge is no one suspects it from him so they are always off guarded. He was always so kind

  The writer and director of this trilogy, Leigh Janiak, is the wife of one of the creators of stranger things and she absolutely knocked these movies out of the park. The writing, directing, cinematography and music for each movie is excellent and reminiscent of so many classic horror genres. The series pays homage in a new and revertive way while remaining true to the feeling of the source material (Friday the 13th, Scream, etc) and I just love it so much. I know these movies have become sort of a cult classic but I still feel like they&apos;re extremely underrated.<br><br>Also, I adore the LGBT themes and social commentary in the films. I think it&apos;s written really well and beautifully incorporated into the story.

  I love how queer this movie is. Not just Deena and Sam, and Sarah and Hannah, but a lot of people think Cindy and Alice had a thing before Cindy rejected her for ‘normalcy’. Personally, I see Kate and Simon with a open f**kbuddies best friends thing, and Simon encouraging Josh to be happy with his girl. It’s one of my favourite horror franchises, for sure. (Only Saw and Final Destination topping it)

  Okay but did anyone notice the fact that Nurse Lane literally said to Ziggy that &quot;sometimes, murder is good&quot;, as in Nick/Family Goode? Also The way Nick had blood on his hands after opening the doors and discovering the dead Shadysiders in &apos;78, or &quot;The Man Who Sold The World&quot; playing at the end of the movie when Nick is on screen, saying it was Tommy? They were literally telling us this whole time it was him and his family

  I think the Goode(s) could only chose good shadysiders to possess and innocent shadysiders to kill to fulfill the blood debt to the devil. Tommy was sweet and sensitive, Ruby was talented and loving, Ryan was goofy but sweet and a graduate and the pastor seemed like a good man, jolly with the kids (pre curse) unlike that rat of a wife. Great reaction ❤ YOU SAY SHADY - I SAY SIDE! &nbsp; SHADY - SIDE. &nbsp;SHADY - SIDE 💪💪💪

  There are so many mirroring scenes in all three. <br>A couple minor things with Queen Kate I noticed on a second watch, in 1994 she signals Deena with the porch light, which in itself is a nod to Halloween, but her counterpart Lizzy also signals Deena&apos;s Sarah with lamplight in 1666 when they are sneaking out. Josh also check&apos;s Kate&apos;s back for Sam&apos;s blood in 1994 and Lizzy gets checked for the &quot;wicthes mark&quot; in 1666. <br>So many fun easter eggs to find on rewatches. One of my favorite trilogies ever. 🌈
