I actually enjoyed "The Naked Gun" more than I expected to, as it didn't take itself too seriously. Frank Derbin Snr being reincarnated as an owl really seems on brand with this franchise's madcap humour.

dude, twinless isn't even out in the UK yet.  It was shown at the BFI film festival in October in London but the actual release date for the UK is in February 2026

I saw the "Relay" twist coming, because the same twist was used in the 1994 thriller "The Specialist" with Stallone and Sharon Stone.  I did NOT, however, guess the twist in "Honey Don't" because it pretty much came out of nowhere.

That scene with the bin lorry is hilarious, looks like something from one of the scary movies 😂😂😂

The Materialists had a worse unexpected plot twist that ruins the film: a minor character is assaulted in order for the main character to get Life Lessons.  It's horribly misjudged and leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

I hate the Predator twist about them going back and abducting the ones who outsmarted and out fought the Predator. They are supposed to be honorable hunters and this just makes them out to be petty, sore losers.

If you watched the credit sequence of Prey it shows the Yautja coming back to her tribe to take her away in a tapestry.

I am so glad I watched this. It may be 50 years before I get around to watching Long Walk.
