The thought of being under ice on a tiny moon orbiting Saturn is horrifying

I wonder of the impact of how humans would react to life found in our solar system instead of speculation of other systems. Although I have no doubt that life exists outside our solar system, it would give a new perspective on what is needed to support life.

The Cassini flyby straight through those south-polar plumes in 2005 remains one of the boldest things a spacecraft has ever done — sampling an alien ocean in a single pass. The way this piece connects the tiger stripe fractures to the heat feeding that hidden sea made Enceladus feel less like a distant moon and more like a place genuinely waiting to be explored.

This could also change the way scientist look at earth like or planet that can support life. If a Gas giant in the goldilock zone of other stars, has multiple moons, it may also host life
