  Both BJ and SW were hired for their defensive "expertise".  The Fever has not shown a good defense, but an offense that has suffered due to coaching decisions.

  It's the coach's job to keep the team focused,watch the o opponents, his players,the bench, Refs and fandom, constantly encouraging each player.

  If I understand n d that mess in Indiana right Brianna January is supposed to be the coach focusing on the defense.  Look at tge points they give up - that is not a one player issue.   Just look at the gsmes where lose control defensively.  I can't remember any time outs called to break the flow and I CAN'T remember any in game adjustments to stop the bleeding.  Yeah maybe some player issues BUT when you look at the bench and they are on the bench  sitting on their hands.  Looks like they are just letting the players on the court s I nk or swim.  Not sure what their contributions to their defensive gameplay are.

  Bri January, lay off Caitlin. Get a mirror to see the coach of worst defensive team.<br>I don&apos;t see any method in defense.<br>I&apos;m not a pro coach but i don&apos;t &nbsp;see a zone defense that forces offensive team to upset their flow.

If not, why can&apos;t they control their coaching staff, they are definitely jealous of Caitlin Success. Caitlin giving Mitchell 95% of her points, so who is the star. While fever focusing on Mitchell, they are losing focus on the other players who have good shots but instead are instructed to pass the ball to Mitchell. Fever losing focus on their games to support Mitchell useless 20 points. Why would a Franchise chase stats, senseless
