I love how Murfreesboro is a crowded nightmare, but right in the middle of town is a quiet secluded battlefield where you can just chill and enjoy nature.

I live in Murfreesboro and have always hated how this battle is generally passed over by many historians and enthusiast.

Just came across this video. I enjoy your other channels and I hope you do an Episode 2 on Stones River. My 2nd great grandfather fought there in the Cedars as part of the Regular Brigade.

In Mboro there is a neighborhood called Breckenridge. For a while it was "the" place to live. 🙄 As a long time Mboro resident, I'm so excited to watch this series!

Well done! I was at the Stones River Battlefield several years ago; it was about 100 degrees out. Not a huge battlefield to tour by any means. Good visitor center.
