  Today I have been listening to gentle rain and rumbling thunder. It has been helpful in calming my anxiety down. Usually I only listen at night to help me sleep, but today it helped to calm me!

  I have difficulty sleeping in silence. &nbsp;Thank you for not only creating this, but also for eliminating ads in the middle. I use it every night. <br>And when my youngest Grand (6 y.o.) comes to spend the night, it’s fantastic for helping him sleep soundly also.
