As one who lives in an area where the power goes out frequently and also has a generator to deal with that issue I will tell you that the HOA president is an idiot. First of all, generators that can run an entire house (15-20Kw) are usually too big to easily move. In this case the owner used a pull cord to start his which means its a smaller generator (under 10Kw most likely) and would not have enough power to run a community center, especially if you were using it as a cooling center (the AC would draw too much). Other items like a hot water heater would suck up power like a sponge.

Go call your lawyer immediately - don’t wait one minute. <br>Then, go take as many pix of her home as you can. Look for her violations as you can. See if she’s added anything that required permits. What is she hiding. People like her almost always have stuff as they think they are untouchable as rules don’t apply to them.
