Archangel had a lot more to talk about. It wasn't secondary mutation because all the power came from Apocalypse using Celestial tech and some of his own cells in Angel. His wings are techno-organic like Cable's arm. They were damaged by Sabertooth and his feathers grew back, at one point he could release blades of light, then he learned to switch between them. Plus he got a lot stronger and tougher

Beasts Blue fur was a result of an experiment to rid him of his powers, had nothing to do with a secondary mutation

Archangel’s transformation is indeed a forced, artificial enhancement by Apocalypse, not a natural secondary mutation. After Warren Worthington III's organic wings were amputated, Apocalypse grafted techno-organic wings onto him, added blue skin, and enhanced his abilities. This transformation into one of the Horsemen of Apocalypse occurred in X-Factor #24.

This dude idea of a secondary mutation is wild.. So being altered by Celestial tech is considered a secondary mutation now.. Experimenting on yourself also.. Your powers growing stronger.. Asorbing others powers.. Dang where does it stop?? Let's call everything a second mutation..

People forget that Beast was changed back into his human form but was changed back into it again thanks to Infectia in X-Factor.

Wolverine had a secondary  mutation for a while after Magneto pulled the Adamantium out of him, and a botched attempt by Genesis to re-bond it, he  became faster, stronger, regenerated faster, his senses hightended further, but at the cost of becoming more animal like and loosing his nose, then Apocalypse successfully re-bonded it and undid the secondary mutation
