  the show sucks ass but my dad was a key makeup artist on it and he said it was one of the easiest jobs he's done in years, so at least they were good to their crew lol!

  The main character is beyond repulsive. Cheating on your spouse shouldn’t be romanticized and it ESPECIALLY shouldn’t be labeled as “feminism”. Nothing about this screams feminist to me or any other sane woman. Billie doesn’t respect herself at all and chooses to only hyperfocus on the sexual aspect of the relationship seeing how she chases after an absolute trash of a human being that is Brad. Cooper has done some questionable shit throughout the series, but in comparison he’s nowhere near as bad as those two and can be (somewhat) redeemed. Brad and Billie deserve each other seeing how shitty they are as human beings. What’s with media’s obsession with glamorizing cheating anyway?

  Cooper Is the only person in all of this who even thought about the kids for a second. Let’s not chastise his delivery 😅. Brad is asking a mother of 2 to marry him but he literally doesn’t want to be a father.

  I didn’t watch the show, but these are some things I took from it:<br>1. Cooper has <b>major</b> self-esteem issues definitely not helped by his wife messing with his head by writing about her wild, sex-filled past.<br>2. Does Billie even respect herself? Why would she still want someone who had treated her so poorly?<br>3. It appears that Cooper’s infidelity is framed as the bad thing that it is while the ending scene of Billie going to Brad is framed as something of a girl power moment? Why? Adultery is horrible no matter what.<br>4. Having fantasies about your past is one thing. Getting yourself and other caught in this tangled web of toxicity is another.<br>5. <b>ALWAYS TALK TO YOUR PARTNER IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED IN ANYTHING. COMMUNICATE PEOPLE.</b>

  I think the worst part about this show is that Billie has relatable fears but it gets really hard to empathize with and like her as a character, which also results in the writers robbing Cooper and turning him into the villain of sorts so that Billie isn&apos;t as bad in comparison

  As a woman, I never understand the romanisation of toxic relationships. When can we get a show where the main couple loves each other very healthily and still be sexy sometimes. Where they aren’t fantasying about their exes (cuz that’s just fucking weird). 🤦‍♀️
