1. Bd7 Ke3 (if 1... Kf3 2. Kd4 3. Kf4 h4 black king blocked) 2. h4 Ke4 (if 2... Kf4 3. Kd4 and black king is blocked.) 3. h5 Ke5 4. h6 Kf5 5. Be8! Ke7 6. h7

basically you should know 1. the pattern where pawn on 3rd and biahop cuts the king and 2. put the bishop as far as possible where king cannot attack it or take very long to attack...both puzzles will be solved 😀

why not, 1. Bd7 Kf3 2. H4 Kf4 3. Be8 Kg4 4. H5 Kg5 and its a draw. Did i miss something?
