This game feels like yesterday, but really it’s two “eras” ago for the Bengals. This was the last meaningful gasp of the Palmer/Ocho era, nothwithstanding the disastrous TO experiment the next season. The Dalton/Green era has come and gone in the meantime and the Burrow/Chase era is in swing. Man, where does time run off to?

Cedric Benson had a good game... RIP to him. He was great in college, didn't get enough opportunities to shine in the NFL.

These two teams had played the week before in Week 17 on Sunday Night Football, and were back on NBC six days later for this afternoon playoff game

Referee Bill Leavy recently passed away! Rest in peace to one of the best refs! 🙏

 This game would mark

–The first playoff win for Rex Ryan as head coach
–The second and last playoff game for Carson Palmer with the Bengals
–The last playoff game of Chad Johnson’s (Ochocinco’s) career with the Bengals

The Bengals stopped running the ball in the fourth quarter when it was working all game long

It's hard to believe there was a time when the Jets didn't suck.
