  The &quot;don&apos;t say that to a woman&quot; thing is absolutely bizzarre. &nbsp;You only shouldn&apos;t say that to a woman if her pregnancy isn&apos;t public or if you&apos;re only GUESSING that she&apos;s pregnant. &nbsp;Congratulating a woman who has already publicly announced her pregnancy is EXPECTED.
