"My biggest fear is that Hugo is going to hurt someone..." Hugo already sent two people to the hospital with his bites. WTH?

The first case of Hugo was filmed around 2012. At the end of the episode, Cesar mentions the difficult time he was going through, he did not know if he would be able to help Hugo. This is around the time he tried to end himself. I'm glad he helped Hugo and I'm glad Cesar is still on this side of Heaven to help us all.

These people don't even understand they're in the presence of a legend. If Cesar Millan worked with my dog I'd be shining his boots and making him cookies

As a woman owner of a farm and ranch store for 26yrs I employed 3 men out of prison over the years. These guys were outstanding employees. I believe that second chances should be given to certain people. One guy needed to be let out 15 min. before we closed so he could catch the bus to his halfway house. He did this for over a year and I knew he would be leaving me after probation was up and I gave him a good report for his next job and we still keep in touch

It's crazy i could tell Ceasars energy wasn't all the way there in the first half of hugo's story but he still got the job done and got some emotional healing out of it, truly a man to admire
