You legit inspired me to go make a charcuterie board. Minus the crackers, minus the nuts, minus the olives, and minus the charcuterie. Ok. So it's a cheese board. You inspired me to make a cheese board. Love this video and all you do!

This is truly the best day. All four of my children are all asleep at the exact same time and as I lay down to nap myself you upload a new video. I am so excited to relax with you!

I love the private tasting/ consultation role-plays. This one and the cigar one are my favorites that youve made in a while. Really great stuff, thanks for the hard work!

I'm writing a comment only as a placeholder because my day has been so busy that I haven't had the time to sit and indulge in this video. And that's exactly what I consider these videos to be: relaxing indulgence.

There is no joy like cheese joy. The Fine Cheese Co crackers are the absolute best too. I am really fortunate that my local fine food store does a weekly cheese box for two with tasting notes, matching chutney and wine pairing. It is the best way to spend a weekend evening. The absolute dream.
