  Plot Twist: Puff is just a hallucination Swayle created to stay sane. He &apos;appears&apos; behind him<br>because he&apos;s a literal figment of his imagination. Swayle is building those safe bases alone<br>while talking to the air. The &apos;crazy fish person&apos; is just Swayle&apos;s inner monologue trying to laugh<br>away the fear.
