About 24 off years ago I bought a house in Leatherhead. A week after I moved in, the baliffs turned up to sieze goods from the previous owner. They were polite but asked if I could prove that I was the new owner. I showed them some ID and some legal paperwork to prove I was the new owner. They apologised, shook my hand and went on their way.<br><br>If the business had gone and a new one moved in there would be lots of nice paperwork to prove it.
