You were here about a year ago or two you acted surprised about how big the building is. I’ve watched the video when you were there. I go there every year for my birthday. I’m from Lancaster County born and raised. It’s 20 minutes away from my house.

The other breakfast gravy is creamed chipped beef. You missed the ham balls, they are delicious. Shoofly pie is a molasses, ginger, clove and cinnamon pie. It comes as "wet bottom" with a molasses gel on the bottom, or "dry bottom" which is more cake-like.

It's called a corn fritter. Very good with maple syrup in morn or ice cream at night.
