  His ex-wife and daughter are beautiful. They didn't deserve to be abandoned by him. My heart goes out to his other children also. I can't imagine the pain they must feel. Hope they all can heal from this.❤

  My following comment is not related to this tragic story but I can't help noticing how genuinely kind his ex wife is and how naturally beautiful his daughter is. Kind hearted as well as her Momma! Your strength is inspiring.

  I remember searching for Kevin when we found out they found his body. His death will forever ruin Christmas for me and so many people I love and care about. RIP Kevin, we love you!

  Chronic &amp; severe mental &nbsp;illness is horrific &amp; consuming. It is often difficult to get the medical/mental health care needed &amp; for law enforcement to be able to do much until something horrific occurs. <br><br>My heart goes out to this mom &amp; her kids for all they’ve been thru &amp; for the stigma &amp; inadequate mental health &amp; law enforcement support that they desperately needed but wasn’t there because of the laws in this country.

  GREAT appreciation to the Ex-wife &amp; Daughter for sharing this obviously very PAINFUL part of their lives. Mother &amp; Daughter appear to be GENUINE BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE. I wish them peace in their lives. Mental health is horrible; both my biological Parents were mentally unstable &amp; did a LOT of harm to all of us (His children)

  I know a woman whose husband was diagnosed with Schizophrenia only after their two boys were born. Her sons decided not to marry or have kids to not pass on the disease. Both sons ended up with the Schizophrenia, and one ended his life. It&apos;s very sad.

  It makes me wonder if he would have stayed on his medication if any of this would have happened...Sad and horrific, I feel so bad for his surviving family.
