i've died to extract campers hiding in the green flare area on interchange... they pop a flare and then hide in the bushes where they'd otherwise be sniped. just be cautious of that. extreme ratting goes down in that extract.

The reserve roofs are genuinely insane for 5.45 ammo. After only a few scav raids I currently have 1500 rounds of BT, 1000 BP, 500 BS, 500 PPBS Igolnik and 500 7N40. There also thousands of PP rounds but who needs those when there's 120 packs of the best ammo to be found.

Love scaving on reserve. Stock up in good ammo and guns, kill once if possible, transit to lighthouse and kill rogues or pmcs, transfer back to reserve and loot more ammo/stuff

My first Scav run to Reserve after watching this video netted me over 500 rounds of 5.45 BP and PP

15:44 it’s expensive but you’ll make money off it still. A lot of decent ammo boxes can be sold on the flea if you keep them in the box. Like m865a1

In the Midwest diagonally across a street is referred to as catty-corner. I find it to be a useful term

Customs ammo spot not mentioned in vid - crack house enter first floor on the side opposite to stronghold/fortress and enter the tiny room immediately right where the jackets and duffle bags are at I’ve pretty frequently found 240 bt or better in the little locker there

If you're at train depot, and you are very heavy, plan on 8-9 minutes to jump down, heal legs, and crawl/run to outskirts. This is without any complications and good informed pathing. So add more time for yourself based on your risk aversion!!

1:50 for woods you want to hitup the little scav camps near the scav house. The little bonfire camps. I find tons of mid to high tier ammo there.
