Hi you’re probably never going to read this but just wanted to thank you, I only have one ovary and after the 3rd month trying I conceived my beautiful baby girl who’s almost 11 months now, thank you for all the information you share, it made everything so easy for me when I was expecting the worse, you’re amazing! Thank you so much for that information! Because I often have cramping pains in the middle of my cycle not even realizing that that's what that was. I honestly just thought it was my body being confused on whether we were going to start our period or not

I usually get that sharp pain in my sides mid month and it's excruciating for about two to three hours and I was told that it was a sign am ovulating.

Thank you so much for your videos! I've always though that the day of ovulation was the day the temperature went up, and so I've been aiming for just the day before or the day that happens, which is probably too late to catch the egg since the temperature rises about 3 days post ovulation. So grateful that you shared that, thanks!
