  I had a dream about the 3 days of darkness at a period in my life where I wasn&apos;t being a very good Catholic. I grew up Catholic and had heard the story as a child and completely forgot about it until around covid time period. We weren&apos;t attending Mass every sunday and were living in unrepentant sin. &nbsp;One night I had a dream about it happening. In the dream, I didn&apos;t have any blessed candles. It freaked me out so much because I understood that in that present moment, I wouldn&apos;t be going to heaven and wasn&apos;t ready. &nbsp;I kept trying to tell myself that it was just a nightmare. I went to church that morning and the homily was essentially &quot;You do no know the hour that Jesus will return. He will come as a thief in the night.&quot; Even more freaked out, I called my mom (who was very faith filled and practicing) and said &quot; mom, do you remember that prophecy about the 3 days of darkness? She said yes. I then told her about my dream. She said &quot; oh that&apos;s so funny because I was putting together a 3 days of darkness kit to bring to you when we go up to visit you.&quot; She was super sweet and had put together a bag with holy salt, holy water, and holy oil and a blessed candle. Though it has been a few years and my life has changed so much (we are active practicing catholics again and we pray the rosary daily), I still get the feeling that time is very short. So I try to live that way (albeit I am still very imperfect). I feel as though God, in his mercy, reached down and saved me from the path that I was on and rescued me from the pit of hell. He is so merciful.

  I&apos;ve &nbsp;known about this for a long time. I have read that the candles have to be actually beeswax not ordinary and blessed. I bought mine off amazon &nbsp;and have made a pack for each of my friends for &nbsp;when the time comes. I have not told them about this as I don&apos;t &nbsp;want to frighten them as they are all at different stages of their faith. So I have them ready and blessed if and when the time comes. 🙏🏼

  Thank you for reminding us of this prophecy. I used to be afraid of the 3 days of darkness. But God seems to reassure me that hey do not be afraid. I am in charge here, just prepare, &nbsp;and you are good. I keep you in the fold of my arms. Later Id rather be hidden in the wound of His heart. 🥹 <br><br>My personal experience about illumination of conscience is that. It is happening quietly now. I see more people attend mass and even on weekdays because I believe they have experienced God in a profound way. And will never turn back again to worldly things and people. Never seeking the favor of people above the favor of God. Wa just need to continuously pray for the salvation of the world. Environment and animals and all people. Amen.🙏 May God&apos;s will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

  Love that you spoke on this...I believe your openness to the truth will lead you gently to understanding the signs of the times. &nbsp;Your wife may be a bit ahead of you at this time since she was taught about it for years, and seems humbly open to whatever comes her way without fear. It is her childlike laughter and excitement that makes me think she does not fear this future. &nbsp;No doubt, anyone and especially parents will have their faith and or courage tried, but the Illumination of Conscience will be our comfort and guide. &nbsp;Praise be to our perfect loving good God and all glory to the Blessed Trinity.

  Yes together we must be holy in order to make holy, that is the most important thing. My soul was pressed 6 years ago to be prepared for the three days of darkness. <br>We are ready with 6 blessed 100% Beeswax candles, each can burn for 12 hours, with holy water, with blankets to cover our windows.<br>Being consecrated to Mother Mary and Papa Joseph is crucial in these times.
