  Natural beauty is inexpensive.  That is why the industry is about artificial beauty.  If you control the standards for beauty then you can sell your standards for massive profit at their expense.

  As someone who was hospitalized for 65 days, fighting for my life and spent the last 4 years healing, working on to regain my independence-- walking, driving, heck simply being able to getting oxygen into my lungs, I no longer worry what anyone says about my look. I love every wrinkle, every strand of gray hair, my saggy boobs, my skinny, flat ass. I am simply just grateful for the fact that I get to live another day.

  If I want to know what is beauty, I look at the real women around me, not on social media. Artificial beauty is SO BORING! Clones, clones everywhere!

  There are still those of us women who have never gotten Botox, filler, or plastic surgery and I am one of them! 🙋🏻‍♀️ As an Esthetician I’ve been exposed to it but never felt the pressure to doing any of that stuff. To each their own. I just know for sure I like the natural, God-given features and look more than anything. ✨ Any one else? 💖

  Filters on social media should be banned.<br>And now everyone sort of looks the same.<br>The solution is to stop fearing age,I know it’s easier said than done <br>But age is inevitable stop trying to look like someone else other than yourself natural selves.

  I&apos;ve been watching foreign movies and it&apos;s so refreshing. &nbsp; A lot of foreign movies have actors and actresses that look like your everyday person. So nice not to see fake people.

  One of the best pieces of advice I&apos;ve ever been given is, &quot;Don&apos;t believe everything you think.&quot; Just because a thought pops into your head doesn&apos;t make it true or real or even worth entertaining. Your brain is just processing all of the stimuli it receives so when you think you aren&apos;t attractive, maybe investigate where that thought came from, why you may have thought it and who benefits from you feeling or thinking a certain way. From my age, if I could offer younger women the freedom I have gained over the years from intrusive thoughts about my body/looks, you don&apos;t have to be all things to all people. Some day, having a very unique face will be the thing all of these people will start chasing. Keep yours and it will come back in style sooner than you think.

  I lost my Mom to Breast Cancer when she was 43 and I remember how naturally beautiful she was, using nothing but Noxzema to wash her face. I&apos;m 46 and love that I look so much like her. My thing is looking as beautiful as she was. ❤

  I am 38 and the only thing I’ve ever done is breast implants when I was 26. Worst decision of my life. I got them out when I was 30.
