When the cop responds that it's a domestic issue, that's when you ask for a supervisor. If it's her personal business, not his, he can't take items just because they're married.<br><br>The cop couldn't make her move her car because it was in her own driveway. If they were moving property that was hers and his, he can't instantly side with the husband and let him take things of that high of value. She is within her rights to stop him.
