  Im glad that the foundation of this theory is the Demise timeline split, Ive always had the belief that and alternate timeline had to exist here.

  Skyward sword would make so much more sense if instead of killing demise in the past, Link SEALED him in the imprisoning grounds... THAT would make everything a closed loop and furthermore one of the coolest closed loop time travel stories in fiction because SSLink would be the same as the Goddess' hero, and he would have grown up hearing legends about HIMSELF.

  Swagg has done it again. The old and decrepit official Zelda Timeline was in desperate need of being taken to an unlicensed chiropractor. Any new perspectives on this timeline is always going to be a breath of fresh air and that's exactly what this was. Well done.

  This became incomprehensible for me as soon as you started talking about the &quot;wild&quot; games. I was hoping for a visual aid there about their position, but I didn&apos;t see one.

  I think the killing Demise twice thing is actually pretty well explained. The Imprisoned isn&apos;t Demise, it&apos;s just his power and maybe his body. It doesn&apos;t have his mind and soul. There&apos;s no timeline split because the second Gate of Time works by Back to the Future rules.

  I always hated the downfall timeline, because it&apos;s existence implies that all games should have a separate branch-off &apos;downfall&apos; timeline

  So only a minute or two into the video and I&apos;m already spotting an interesting thing that people usually miss about Skyward Sword... Link&apos;s time-travel is open ended. Everyone else&apos;s is a closed loop. We see the effects of everyone else&apos;s time travel throughout the game - the only things that alter are the things WE as Link change.

I&apos;d say it&apos;s because Link is sent to the child timeline with the Triforce of Courage, meaning that him being present splits the Triforce and the Triforces of Wisdom and Power find their owners!
